Diced Chicken Breast
Diced chicken refers to chicken that has been cut into small, uniform pieces taken from the breast. This is a versatile preparation technique that allows for quicker cooking and even distribution in various dishes, such as stir-fries, soups, salads, pasta, tacos, or casseroles. Although diced chicken can be made from any part of the chicken we use skinless chicken breasts for their ease and tenderness. Our diced chicken is trimmed of excess fat and sinue and cut into small cubes, usually around 1-inch in size, we can obviously do any size depending on your recipe. Depending on the dish you're preparing our diced chicken breast can be cooked in a frying pan, wok, casserole or air fryer. If cooking it beforehand, it’s often seasoned or marinated to enhance the flavour. Diced chicken is an excellent source of protein and can be incorporated into a variety of cuisines, from Asian to Mediterranean to American dishes.
