Our homemade four inch deep filled cherry pie is a delightful dessert made with a flaky, buttery crust and a sweet-tart cherry filling. Our filling lovingly consists of pitted sweet cherries combined with sugar and touch of lemon juice combined with a luscious, jam-like texture which completes the sumpuous centre. The crust is carefully enclosed around the gorgeous filling.. It's often served warm, sometimes paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, warm creamy custard or a dollop of whipped cream for that perfect balance of flavours.
